And now Lois from the drugstore (thank God I'm almost done). I'll start with the Nov issue from 1966 because I can't remember if I posted it last year or not...plus, it's some kind of special issue that people want for some reason... (shrug)

Sweet copy after sweet copy. :applause:

How did you store them 50 years ago to look so fresh today? Closet?

I stored them in plastic bags...with no boards (nobody had heard of boards back then) in a big metal cabinet that locked. Pre-1966 comics were stored in nice plastic produce bags from Safeway (5 books to a bag). After 1966 I used comic bags. I wasn't as careful with a lot of them as i was with the Actions...I don't know why...except that we weren't as concerned with condition in those days...

Also, I lived in coastal CA where the average temp. was 65 degrees...and rarely ever got above 80 degrees. We didn't even have air conditioning...

I still use that cabinet for some of my cheaper books...

I don't have any books anymore from '67...

No Amazing 50???

Hey Frankie :hi: ...sold the remaining above 20 to pay for my 2 and 3 in 9.0...such is life and collecting...the last of the ASM that were pried from my hands were about in the following order...75...21-30...31/32/33...39/40 and 50...I miss 'em but I'm happy with my decision...while the 28 and 50 were the most valuable, I miss the 31-33 most. I might add those back some day...

Cheers.
