This is actually the original version that I most frequently envision (over the FF #36/Inhumans depiction). Yes, this was an original commissioned piece and the person wanted the Marvel Inhuman character Medusa. Natali was practically done with the piece and it was discovered that it was the wrong Medusa. When I first started collecting CGC SS editions, I was asked if I would like a "remark" with the signature. I said...umm, OK, sure... not realizing what I was agreeing to. This wonderful "remark" of a Geof Isherwood's Joker graces the cover of my Suicide Squad #48. I was happy to have said yes to this!
