Really a nice copy, small chip lower right front cover. Very tiny micro tear just above the chip. A few very small, light color breaks. Great candidate for slabbing.

Coupon cut back cover, cover detached. Small split at top and bottom of the spine. Light stain in white area lower front cover. Book really does look decent in the Mylar though. Great entry level copy.

X-Men #94

Very tight copy that if it weren't for two small issues would be high grade. Top staple had a touch of rust, and a small dot of migration it appears at paper surround top portion of the staple. Staples look good inside the book. Additionally, something small "stuck" to the back cover. I think if it were cleaned off it would look better, but still leave a slight discoloration in its place.
