Number 1 in a series of Some

Amazing Spider-Man #387 has two different back cover configurations. This applies to both Direct and Newsstand Editions, so there are four to collect if you're a completist / completionist / nutter:

Ha! Here's a blast from the past.

I think I've mentioned once or thrice that I have a terrible memory. I may have mentioned it yesterday, and forgotten. So if you ever see me repeat something, you'll know why. So if you ever see me repeat something, you'll know why.

The pic above is a timely reminder of what the boards used to look like. I do miss the heading of the thread which used to appear at the top of each post, and the link so you always knew what the poster was responding to. And that Sparky fellow was a bit chippy wasn't he? Calmed down a bit now though. Sort of.

Anyway, I see all the pictures have gone as a result of the photobucket incident. I'll have to replace them at some point. Meanwhile...

Number 3 in a series of 2

Those in the know of the knowing know all knowledge will know that a limited number of copies of the Amazing Spider-Man #245 had an advertising insert in them for 'Bubblicious / Maxell Cassettes'. Those in the know knew that this was in the Direct Edition. But those in the true knowing of the complete know all knowledge knew that it was in the Newsstand Edition too.

What a thing to know.
