Curious to see what everyone thinks about the final price for the three books below:

1) Lone Ranger Comics #1 6.5 cr/ow  SOLD $1,400  (selling below Overstreet value $2,172)

2) Marvel Mystery Comics #4  2.0 ow/w  SOLD $6,095 (1st Sub-Mariner cover) Overstreet value $2,300

3) Pep comics #26 2.0 ow/w SOLD $5,365 (1st Veronica Lodge) Overstreet value $700

Subby caught a wave, lots of rumors about a film all over the web about two weeks before this sale.   Not surprised this book featuring his first cover sold at 6k.  FF #4 has been en fuego.

People are still trying to float that submariner movie rumour lol ?

Who's making it?  Because Marvel still does not have the rights.

Cool, keep working that list...

Very nice! Any book with a Fletcher Hanks story is worth its weight in gold. (I assume the 64-page GA books weigh a lot more than the SA and BA books!!  :kidaround: )

:applause: Well done, HR!

Funny enough, there's no Hanks story in Fantastic #18... I believe #16 has his last story. Label mistake, tho a minor one.
