There is a few things wrong with BCWs comic boxes, including the graded boxes 

1)  The handles are too far below the lid, the handles should be right under the lid so when you pick the box up, you can grab the top of the box at the same time. 

2) Box & Lid are too flimsy, Need some thicker cardboard so the boxes last

3) Finally, and it's a big one. The inside flaps don't stay up, I usually have to tape them with box tape but a lot of times that doesn't last. Inside flaps shouldn't be falling down on their own. The should be tight and snug when assembled.
