Not only do I think you can do it, but you can also cross post a link in the art section.

Will these be available to the US only?

I wasn't too sure, and I didn't buttomhump, but can you do pre-sales using stock pictures without grades?  I know some others do pre-sales, but people like Rich Henn and Beachbum post guaranteed grades.  Seems like a slippery slope...

I assume generally the price is a factor, or the seller is considered to  be at least somewhat reliable.

I would think it violates rule #7
