Comics re-holdered

I'm considering getting a lot of my CGC comics re-holdered at the Indiana Comic Con.  Is the process just bringing the books to them at the show signing the necessary paperwork and paying them?  This would be less expensive than sending it myself, If I'm correct?

Service is for chipped, scratched or cracked holder that has not been opened or had its seals broken.

Am I understanding this correctly, that if I would like to get my books reholdered in a new case, the current case has to contain some sort of damage?

It does not require damage to be reholdered. Some people just want the new displays, prefer the new holders, etc. They are always happy to take your money
