Uncle Ben and Aunt May 1st app

ST 97 has an Aunt May/uncle Ben but no mentions of Parker. Is this in fact their first appearance or is it AF15?

Those characters are considered "prototypes" by many people; I believe they are mentioned as such in Overstreet.

Peters sister the mermaid first appeared in ST 97. Still waiting for her introduction in the Marvel Universe.

Wasn't it reprinted in an issue of Marvel Tales and referred to there as first appearance?

Yes, it was reprinted in Marvel Tales 83.  It had a note at the beginning of the story saying how much the characters look like Aunt May and Uncle Ben.
