Before I get started please know that I am offering FREE USPS shipping (within the continental US) (international or non-continental sales would require shipping estimate) for this book. I accept Paypal for payments. I will allow returns on slabbed books if you are not satisfied with the way a book was described.  The first :takeit:wins. I will have the book posted exclusively here on the boards until Wednesday 3/29 at 8 PM Central. If it is not sold by then it is going on Ebay.
