Help needed with a possible purchase

Hi all,

I have the opportunity to buy the following 2 OA, but I am not sure if the price that the seller is asking is right.

priced at $260

priced at $400

I like both, but the Vampirella looks great to me

What would be a fair price?

The Krypton piece looks over priced to me.  It's basically just background.  World of Krypton pages have gone before for around $220, and that's with characters in it.

I don't know enough about the Vampirella piece to help.
