Looking for The Spirit #23 CGC SS

I'm hoping to find out about The Spirit #23 CGC SS.  I had a copy that I had planned to get signed by Joe Kubert but he passed before I could get it done.  I see that there is a #23 in 9.6 on the census but, of course, have no idea who signed it.  I would like to know who signed it and, if it should be signed by Mr. Kubert, I would really like to give it a new home.
