Great taste. 

Moebius's original GN is a classic.  Before the Incal is much less impressive, having a different artist who copies Giraud's style but somewhat patchily so in terms of quality. Final Incal is excellent; more space opera, less psychedelic, and Jose Ladronn doesn't even attempt to copy the French genius,  but instead provides some of his best work ever in his own style.

Captain America #100

I haven't read many Cap's! All in all pretty good: plenty action, story moved at a steady pace, had Black Panther in it :)
