Ink Stamp Impact to Grade?

Hi. I have a book in great condition but inside there is a stamp on page 1. The stamp is a person's name and address in the lower margin. What impact does this have to the CGC grade on a 9.0 book?

I think it will get a notation on the label, but not effect the grade.

It should get a notation on the label. I do not believe it will affect the grade at 9.0 (or less). I might have a very small effect on the grade if the book were to otherwise be better than 9.4.
