Is There an Official (or at Least semi- or quasi- official) 'Is This Seller Good' Thread?

Let's see if the whole title fits in the box. Anyway, was curious if such a section/thread existed within the confines of our known universe. Or at least on these forums. Have questions on occasion, but hate to be a pest and make a new one for each seller. Don't shoot, I'm new! Not to comics, but here at least... Incidentally, has anyone here had dealings with ebay's own wishing21 or norneckbay?

There's a kudos thread for boardies you can refer to.  It doesn't track bad transactions, but that's about all you're going to get.  You'll have to make your own list of likes and dislikes from trying them yourself.

There is also a thread called "banned eBay users." A list of unattractive eBayers is kept there.  It is mostly sellers keeping track of useless buyers.
