Please grade me. Seems like it would be in the 9 range, but pink ink from the interior front cover Acme Boots ad has bled through.

Also, light foxing.

That is waaaaaay nicer than 8.0/9.0 (whatever that is). Nothing will be taken off for the bleedthrough.  The real issue is whether there is a small dust shadow on the right side or whether that is some kind of scanner artifact.  Without the dust shadow, and factoring in the small dent at the top and the flaking at the URC, it could easily be in a 9.4 slab.
