Please grade my Spectacular Spider-man #1

Thanks for any help.  As stated in another post, comic book grading is not my forte', I collect mostly sports cards.  Just wondering since this is issue #1, does the condition warrant sending in for grading?

Unfortunately, this title is not as desirable as The Amazing Spider-Man. The bottom two corners looked dinged. I see at least two deep spine creases. I'm thinking 9.0, give or take one tick either way. FMV in the 50.00 range. IMO, not worth grading.

9.0 for 2 small corner dents and tiny partial color breaking spine tics.

not worth the cost of grading, but it will sell easily.
