PGM Doctor Strange #1

I'm curious because my copy appears to have never had staples in it. The spine doesn't show any signs of staple holes, there is just one bend in it. I tried to look up how this affects the grade but couldn't really find anything concrete. Thanks!

The ultra-rare 'stapleless variant' ... what's holding it together?

perhaps the hoary hosts of haggoth? The mystic moons of munipoor? Glue?

I know it is not glue, just working the rhythm of the joke!

Well you aren't far off. Nothing is holding it together, it's just a tight book so the pages and cover stay put. If I wanted i could completely deconstruct it page by page (I don't). Any idea how that kind of manufacturer defect affects the grade?
