The FL - Flake List - for people who don't complete deals; whether it's backing out of purchasing or selling.

I think there is very clearly a remedy for the seller to get off the PL list if put on. He can go through with the original deal.

This person should be on some type of list.  Just because the buyer didn't make this public right away, isn't a good enough excuse to let the crooked seller go with no reprimand.
