Not really. There was in fact a very healthy Australian industry of home drawn comics, but most of them were adventure, crime and romance. I'm not aware of any WW2 vintage war-related books, though a few popped up during the Korean War. I did start a thread of Australian GA, but there aren't any 1939-45 war books in there that I recall.

We did get a mention in some foreign comics, Here's one.

Including his usual cartoony and exaggerated Japanese soldier is kind of jarring given how realistic the rest of the cover is.
