Spoiler With Batman and Catwoman lying in bed together, which sets the stage that the over-arching narrative of the War of Jokes and Riddles over the next 7-8 books will be Batman telling this story to Catwoman... if she said no, I assume they wouldn't be in bed together right afterwards?
