PGM Strange Adventures 205

Nothing overly tricky but need a gut check for this book since I've come up with a  difference answer both times when I graded it.  Centerfold tight and no internal damage from what I see.

it's too dirty and the spine ticks too extensive for 5.0, I think it looks too decent for 3.5, the ticks do not go too far towards the center of the book which I think would keep it form 3.5; this is just my gut....

Now that you say it like that 4.0 does seem like the obvious solution.  I had it as a 3.5 one day and then a 4.5 the next so 4.0 is probably close enough for government work.
