If I have a certification of authenticity for a signature, can I get that in signature series?

No sorry, it won't work like that, the only way is if a CGC witness actually witnesses the signing not with a COA.

OR if you go to a comic con, and go to the table of the person who actually signed the merchandise in advance or their "table/dealer" and THEY hand it to the CGC witness authenticating then it works; but not just with a COA
