Does this book has resto?

Hello guys i am thinking about bidding on this , but something weird is going on with the left eye of Catwomen , is it resto or just a bad stain?

Just a stain out of the suspected area on the upper left

Okay my final assumption is that someone may have spilled something and wiped it quickly. Smearing a bit of the color on the cover.

Looks like a stain to me.

If it an attempt of CT, it is horribly done.  I would toward some liquid damage/stain too.  

Not to say it might something else going on with it as a whole but I vote no on CT to that area.  It would obviously negatively impact the grade.
