On an otherwise perfect book, the miswrap can downgrade the book between 9.6 and 9.9. Actually, your post answers the OP's question better than anyone else as to why this is a 9.8 . Because many collectors, like yourself, don't mind it. Guardian Comics Posted June 23, 2017 Share Posted June 23, 2017 From the scan the book looks like a virtually flawless 9.8. The miswrap (and it's slight) may have stopped it from getting a 9.9.
