Ghost Rider #1 (1990) is now a solid $10 in NM 1st print. As I mentioned earlier, it sold several times for $20+

Punisher #1 (1987) 1st ongoing is selling as high as $50 and pretty regularly for $20 as raw NM

I know, not exactly moderns, but these definitely were dreks up until recently

X-men 4 has had double digit potential in nice shape for a while. I have done 4 and 5 as a $15ish set several times.

When I tell ya I had 5 copies last year at 5.00 that havent moved until I gave up on them and threw them in with a lot :tonofbricks:

I think that this will be the equivalent of Deadpool #1 ongoing price wise. I think that the movie was mainly based on this Priest run from what I heard...

Why buy a CGC 9.6 when you can get a raw 9.8 for less? hm

 I will always have a soft spot for Omega Red. I used to buy X Factor 6 anytime I saw it for $5 bucks back in the day, this book has replaced it as my cheap buy. Will it ever have any real potential as a money maker? I don't think I will ever care lol
