This cover shouldn’t be underrated, but there are so few known surviving examples that it can only be assessed from a subjective appreciation of the art, which in this instance is more aspirational and subtly whimsical than dramatic.  Jack Binder’s art on this particular cover is phenomenal due to the attention to detail in the background architecture.  In general, Jack Binder’s art is under appreciated, but from my perspective this particular effort stands as one of his greatest achievements...

Yeah, Prize seems to be a pretty underappreciated publisher even when when it comes to Golden Age enthusiasts, except for perhaps a few World War II-centric covers.
