Overstreet price guide, GPA.com, past ebay sales.  ect...

There will likely be some valuable books in the collection and many that aren’t worth much.

ebay is a good place to start.  I’d suggest that you start with any long runs, search them in the search box, sort highest price to lowest, click sold items check box to get items that actually sold.  That will give you the most valuable comics in that run.  

Then you’ll have to work through individual books, it takes time.

be aware that some books can be valuable in high grade and not worth much in low grade
