I recently sent in a hulk 181 to be graded and it has come back as a restored 8.0.  What is the value of a 8.0 hulk 181 that's got a restored label?

Too broad of a question, you need to give more information. What's the specifics of the restoration.

Prices of restored books can vary some, based on how much, the type and quality of the restoration.  But for Hulk 181 in 8.0, it most likely going to land at around 1/2 of the unrestored price. Unrestored copies of Hulk 181 in 8.0 are averaging around $2100

About 1/2 is ball park yes, but if it has a tiny dot of color touch only that is Pro done (removable) maybe as high as 80%, if heavily restored with large piece replacement, married pages etc. maybe even 30-40% (and far less if it were any other book).   Make sure you provide exact label note details next time.

Restoration includes: small amount of color touch on cover, small amount of glue on spine of cover.

Grader notes: Color touch (Non-archival material small areas) Spine C-1
Glue/adhesive (Non-archival material small amount) Top Staple C-1
