Looks a bit rough to me. If it were mine I would keep it as a reader and shop a pre-slabbed book to display.   Without seeing the inside I estimate GD/VG 3.0 - VG 3.5.  It has multiple color breaking cover creases, FC Stains, FC corner missing, staple tears, and blunted corners. 

This is one of my favorite spidey books.  I have one in about the same condition that I pull out and read now and again.

4.5.   It has a lot of issues. I don't think it would be wise to slab.  The color breaks are probably the worst but the spine ticks are substantial as well as the corners. It's  pretty dirty and also poorly centered. It too is one of my favorite books.
