T'Challa Posted July 21, 2017 Share Posted July 21, 2017 I have a buyer telling me a book I sold him, which I assure everyone was perfect 9.8 raw, came back a 9.4 and he did an on-site CGC certification. This person is also very shady and has been known to advertise books as high grade and ship you a different book. My question... I believe, as of right now, only Baltimore Comic Con has On Site Grading for the rest of the year.
