Next stop is always Jeff. Legendary picker. He comes up with the stuff somehow. He is swamped the minute he drives up. He like me and let’s me go through his boxes before most people get there. Nothing today except for some nice early Hardy Boys books in DJs for $3. each probably should have bought some but I passed.

More eye candy. Records are real hot out here now. All the hipster kids are paying up and I am happy to help them out...

I remember one of my neighbors had this game.  We'd block our basement windows to play it in near dark.

Thanks for the report.  Makes me wish I lived in LA.

Maybe, maybe not... We do have the weather, the girls and shows like this every weekend all year long. You are welcome anytime Mike! There was a good one the day before Terry’s show in Jan.

OK, I’ve got juice. Let’s finish off this show.

Three good buddies (left to right) Bob Porter, advertising collector. We battle every show. :baiting:. In the middle, Randy Jones. One of best eyes around. His booth is so full of eye candy, your eyes just water. On the right is Jim Malley holding a great Green Hornet piece. Jim just buys the “good stuff” A veteran dealer. He also does comics and is usually the only one with decent real GA books out here. Not today but here is some of his stuff.

Comic books? Yes this is a comic book board after all. A decent amount but mostly newer stuff today. Except for the last guy. I usually have a lot of competition but not today. This guy was selling is original owner SA stuff. I don’t know he got his varied prices $2. to $25 for that Showcase Dr No with James Bond. I didn’t buy them all as I’m pretty done with SA. Just the good ones priced dirt cheap. Says he has a couple hundred similar books he hasn’t brought out yet. Got his number and am going to try to hook up with him for some more.
