This is my favorite; a woman tied down being fed into a furnace shaped like Adolf Hitler's head in which the Mighty Samson has been hiding oblivious to the heat and flames!! Not to mention he sure seems pleased with himself despite the fact that the woman's feet have already suffered three degree burns or worse. But no worries; his helper has had time to hoist the American flag oblivious to the other goings on!! Gotta love it.

Do you ever read these Bob? I'm curious if they have good stories or just lurid covers to suck you in and then disappoint. I picked up a Shadow reprint at one of the last SDCC I went to and I was happily surprised that the stories were well done and very readable. If I were going to pick up a pulp it would be a Shadow or some Weird Tales with some Lovecraft.

Here are two Weird Tales I picked up probably for a quarter or something long ago at my old favorite haunt the Englishtown Flea Market in New Jersey. I've never read them mainly because they are so fragile but I've held onto them for many years because the covers are so fun. Your recommendation of the Spider is interesting as those covers look quite fun too.
