How does Tracing on Cover Impacts Grade? 0

I have an ASM 3 with what looks like drawing on the cover.  Someone traced Spider-Man's head with an ink pen.  How will this impact the grade?  Thanks for any input.

Well, it's lower grade already. There is a big bottom right corner crease, an awfully placed tape stain, another stain over the Comics Code box,marvel chipping, numerous spine creases, etc. The tracing is a big deal but in light of all these other problems, it won't matter too much. You are in the 4.0 range here unless there are other problems, interior, Back Cover, in which case it may be worse.
