Center Wrap Folded-is it normal for some books?

Please see the pictures below.  Someone told me that this type of folding is fairly common for some Bronze Age comics.  I don't recall ever seeing it.  Is it normal?  Is it considered a production defect?  Should it be pressed out?

This is a printing defect. Generally speaking, CGC is much more lenient on printing defects and focuses more on defects a result of handling.  I doubt it would have any effect on the grade

But does it impact grading when sent to cgc?

I think it depends on how high grade the rest of the book is?I wouldn't think so,but i've very few slabs, and have not done any personal subs.
