Hellboy The Fury #3 Variant 0

So I picked up a 9.2, had the master Rich_Henn press it and it's now a 9.8. There are only 150 of these. Anyone have any idea what the value of a 9.8 is? Here's a picture of the book in question (note not my copy)

Really? I remember seeing these listed a year or two ago for $1500 plus.

The $1000 price paid in about 2013 was probably me. But, it was very poorly packaged, in a huge box with some paper thrown around it, and it was cracked and crushed and a big mess. I was very disappointed! Returned it for full refund, of course.

Ouch! Glad you got your refund. I can't believe the book is valued at only ~$550. When earlier this year 9.6s and rays sold for $500

The prices I showed are only graded 9.8s.

Can't find my pics of the label, but it was just put almost loose in this box, with very little padding. Some lady who had a comic shop and had never shipped before. When I contacted her, she couldn't believe it could have gotten damaged since it was in a big box!

A raw copy just sold on eBay yesterday buy it now $1999 or bo, I emailed the seller he said he sold it for $1500. So compared to that a graded cgc 9.8 would be worth?

This looks to be a book that does better as a BIN. Auctions end up around $500.
