Assuming that the one spine tick you show in the pictures is all that is wrong with it I'd say 8.0. But you probably need better pictures of the corners and more of the spine from the top view or scans lol scans would be better

If the spine tick is not color breaking it might grade higher

Based on the pictures though in my opinion 8.0

I do not think a pressing will help...

Ditto. Spine roll and a spine tick that appears to break color bring it down to an 8.0 - 8.5 IMHO..

the press would get the spine roll out though, would it not?

and would press out the crease part of the tick that doesnt break color leaving just the part of the spine tick that does.

would that not increase the grade?

Not really the third picture from the bottom shows the bottom of the comic book and there is some foxing on the bottom Edge it would receive 8.0 regardless...because all of this is allowable in 8.0 grade but there's too much that a Press would not fix...

I take that back a little bit, a press might get it to 8.5 but it's not worth the cost to press in comparison of the grade bump... I zoomed in on the picture third from the bottom and it doesn't look like too much foxing just the coloring of the book... So you might get a 8.0 or 8.5 as it is...
