Looking to get graded along with some other books would love to hear what this may grade at. Thanks in advance!

Top right of back cover looks a little cut off from scan but from what I see I would give a 5.0/5.5, for me falls a little short to get a fine.

I'm at 5.5 with that top squnched left corner  and of course the spine ticks

looks almost exactly like my graded 5.5 X-Men 94

This is the toughest kind of book for me to grade. On any given day I could give it anything from 5.0 to 6.5. If I'm selling it raw I go for the low end. If I'm guessing what CGC will say I'll go on the higher end.

This one looks like my #94. To my surprise it came back as an 8.5. I can never upload pics on here otherwise I'd compare.

it just has spine ticks and some rounded corners, I can't see any creases or stains, so I don't think it'll be 5.0-5.5 range

I've seen 6.5's like that.  But the weird part is that I've also seen a lot of 8.0's like that.  What's bothersome is right now on ebay there is a 7.0 that is advertised as being "recently received from CGC" that looks better than your copy.  The really troubling part is mine is also being graded right now too, and looks comparable to yours but with differences. I think CGC has a lot of problems grading this the book because it's a black cover so it really shows spine wear quickly...I think sometimes they mostly grade the spine and other times they are looking harder at the rest of the book.  So it's a carp shoot.
