Marvel Topps Stickers 1975 & 1976

I found this image on the web suggesting that the later series was a 12x11 half sheet on each side rather than 7x11. This makes sense since the same is true of the later wacky series 14,15 and 16 which were all published in mid 1975 or 1976.

Sheet images are cool also because you can easily identify the double prints in a set like this.

The top guy on the PSA Set Registry for the 1975 set (every card in PSA 10 Gem Mint!) has some interesting info on his page. It's all way above my head since I don't collect these.

Here's his page for the 1976 set...

Wow this is a treasure trove of info for me, thanks for posting!

I thought I had a problem haha. No seriously this guy is for real. :headbang:

He opened 10 boxes of cards to get his gem mint 10 set!

Very nice!

I wish I could help you complete your sets, but I’ve been giving them away at our Berkeley Show as freebies, and have no more dupes.

Guess I need to go to Berkeley next time you have more and I'll comic shop ?

It’s a really fun show! Comics only. Marc and I started it because we were tired of “Comic Shows” with hardly any comics lol

Feels like the old comic swap meets. Next one is coming right up Nov. 4. We’d love to see you there.

Here's some pretty obscure info about this set...I believe these are the actual printing orders Topps gave to the Zabel Bros. print shop ordering production of the stickers.

Great stuff! Thank you for posting.

Do you think this means 24,000 sheets in total were printed?

Is this yours or did your get the image off the net? If it's yours, I'd love to hear how you managed to get it.

The current issue of PSA’s magazine has an article on this set...should be available online in the near future....

There's an uncut sheet available on Ebay:

https://m.ebay.com/itm/1975-Topps-Wanted-Poster-Stickers-Uncut-Sheet-Comic-Marvel-Superheroes-Die-Cut/163093116986?hash=item25f91b783a:g:pK0AAOSwEupZhgwG

I'm based in Australia, but I distinctly remember another set. I saw Hawkeye and Iron Man - the images were much sharper with richer colours and a white background. There were also no captions. I'd be interested in owning that set.

Actually, that’s not a sheet of the Marvel Stickers, but a sheet of the “Wanted” poster cards that used the wrong die cut (that of the Marvel stickers). Still pretty cool though.

Not sure which Australian stickers you’re referring to, but I’d love to see a pic if you find one!
