Can the Insert/Flip Move Around in the Slab?

Curious about a slab I bought. I know it's a good seller, fine record and such. Just trying to learn this stuff. Ain't easy for old dogs. Can the flip (the insert with the grade, etc) move around or get shaken out of place? Pic kinda makes it look that way, but could be distorted. Or was it cut weird? I'll check to see what it looks like currently. And yeah, I know it's just a cheapo book/grade. Just asking.

It's called the label and it looks fine to me.

An odd one I saw. Label (flip is an old sportscard term) is crunched up in the top left.
