Just one comic for sale but what a doozy.

House of Mystery #2 (Edgar Church), CGC 9.0 with white pages, old blue label. $2850. $2700.

Notes for the 9.0 grade indicate a small crease on the right bottom front cover and spine stress lines that break color. This book looks very tightly graded to me. Hard to see those stress lines. There is a scratch (1 ½”) on the back-bottom center of the case. Not completely unexpected for a 17-year-old case. The purples and red give the cover a nice pop combined with the tans, browns and khakis.

Cover and artwork is by the iconic Curt Swan. Curt is best known for his artwork on Silver Age Superman. His comic career lasted over 30 years.  His artwork is on display in most of the first 30 issues of House of Mystery. Issue #2 is one of only 5 covers he did on House of Mystery.
