Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Color Classics 1 black/white Jetpack variant signed and sketched by Peter Laird. 

This variant had a 500 copy  print run.

Laird Signature Series may be done forever so I doubt more of these are getting signed and put in yellow labels.
