Although I maintain the site (almost) every day, it has been a very very long time since I did a major update to the site. Almost two years, in fact. Which became complicated to handle, between the online version and the version that I continued to work on. So I'm pretty relieved that I was FINALLY able to update ComicArtTracker today. As for you, you should see very little change (otherwise it's not a good news for me). But CAT was starting to become a victim of its own success: lots of visitors, lots of daily searches (some members have over 500 favorites!), lots of sources to crawl every day... so I had to completely rethink the back-end and redo one by one the 300+ crawlers of ComicArtTracker! What you now have on https://comicarttracker.com has the same bodywork as before, but a brand new engine! Of course, if you have any problem with the website, or if you see anything suspicious, please don't hesitate to contact me! And now, fingers crossed and I hope the daily alerts go out correctly! This art is auctioned in C$, so my guess is that the art first showed because it was above $50, then with the exchange rate USD/CAD being stronger it was valued below $50 and thus disappeared. Now that two new bids have increase the price again, it is just above $50... and you get it again! I click those listings and it doesn’t take me to those listings , but to the site where I have to log in , type my search , and then I can see the listings. Seems not direct? I get the email in the Gmail app on my iPhone, open it, click a link which opens the in-app browser but that doesn't seem to keep me signed in like I would expect so the notice isn't really there, I have to sign in again. Maybe the iPhone has a more strict policy towards external cookies (where your CAT session is "stored"), I'll investigate. @GotSuperPowers? @G.A.tor is there any way for you to check if cookies are enabled on your gmail / Safari apps? A solution for you would be to activate your personal link: https://comicarttracker.com/faq-en/comicarttracker/how-can-i-avoid-entering-my-login-and-password-again-and-again ... This way, a personal token will be added to the links in the daily emails, to allow ComicArtTracker to work properly even without the session cookie. This happens if I sign in directly from the home page, from the search page, or on my phone from the search result morning emails. I've tried it in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on my Mac and Safari and Chrome on my iPhone with consistent results. If I clear my cookies the site works fine again, until I try to sign in again.
