Sorry for putting this post where it doesn't really belong, but this auction ends in 17 hours and i wanted all to see this that could.  

The ToD 10 cgc 9.4 in the ebay listing by nguyeolive_0 with 1 feedback  is a FRAUD.  I own this book, the pics he has up were stolen from these very boards.  Spread the word before my post gets taken down, and again sorry to place it here but I wanted buyers to know.

There's a button on the listing page to "Report item". I've successfully used it against bad actors. It's a 1-sale seller with only 1 piece of feedback, from a 1-time buyer. You have proof it's a scam; you can end it.

Post this in Comics General. Hopefully if enough people report the item, eBay will cancel in time.

I have reported it, but was concerned that ebay may not respond to it before the auction ends, so I posted here as well.

Its interesting the only item they've supposedly sold is a collection plate.  Theres some irony in them there hills...
