- Probably the most bizarre covers of the entire Eerie Publication Universe?

- Crazy protest cover, with psychopath killer that has another psychopath killer head ON HIS HEAD

- Look at those stories: Escape from Hell / Blood in the Sky / Empty Coffin /  Monster Mill  (especially)

- Great color, saturation and reflectivity

- Improvable defects.

- Light accumulation of color breaking spine stress + 1 larger one (mostly seen from back cover) & front top right corner. Color breaking crease to back top left corner.

- All in all presents almost like a NM- from the front.

A.) I don't think he used the laughing gas like he was supposed to and

B.) Don't think he is qualified with furry zipper skin to perform a surgery like this!!!  But, it is the Underground Hospital after all
