Confused 9.8 with Stresses?

Agreed. That wasn't graded a 9.8 with that crease. Damage occurred after grading. And CGC hasn't eased up, their copper/modern grading is super strict right now. They are also downgrading for production defects which were previously not downgraded for like printers creases and bent staples. Which is where a lot of the frustration lies. If you are going to change the rules on what you downgrade for, fine, but at least let your customers know that you are changing them and what you are changing.
