Personally I wouldn't slab in these lower grades, #3-5 are high demand in low grade and entry level copies like this #4 in complete and very presentable condition might bring close to same $$ as a 3.0. Less so your #3 which has a lot of tape, though first Doc Ock is pretty key so might be worth as much as this nicer copy of #4 would go for.
