This book could really benefit from a pressing and I think has potential to jump into the 9's.  With that being said I would give this book a 8.0 right now at best.  That crunch broke color on the top left of the front cover but it is not too bad.

How well was the comic packed for shipping? Corner bangs like that are common for poorly packaged comics that slide back and forth during shipment. Maybe it started out as a 9.4?

It is a potential 9.4.  Not an as is 9.4. 

I don't pay for potential. Nor should you. As is ,I'd call it an 8.0.

Probably a 7.5 before a press and about a 9.0 if the press manages to "fix" some of those problems.
