Solar man of atom 10 0

I have a almost flawless copy of solar man of atom 10, only problem is this tiny corner tear that I seem to see quite often on this book.

Curious how this will effect grade.

I know it's difficult to get a 9.8 with a Solar 10.  Some flaws are considered bindery, common to certain books, and get a pass from CGC. However, I don't know if that corner chip is common or not to Solar 10. Personally, I'm thinking it's a 9.2 . I would suggest sending it in with other books to prescreen. The big bucks are in the 9.8's for this book. Anything below 9.8 drops off dramatically.
