Someone please buy this terrible, terrible, terrible book!!

$1,575 now.  Some good lessons learned!

"Keys" don't guarantee you can make your $ back.   

Never buy a silver age book with any stamp on the cover.  

Team 1st appearances don't carry true 1st appearance appeal.

Buyers anticipate big drops based on movie speculation.

Justice League is not very popular among low grade collectors.

Big star fishes on covers don't help a books desirability.

Batman and Superman should have been on this cover.

If you think it's a good time to buy, it's not.

If you think it's a good time to sell, it's not.

The new movie is gonna be bad.

You're lucky if you can resell a book for 85% of what you paid.  So assume 15% of what you buy a book for to be a"buyer's fee" that you'll never get back.

I knew all these before, I just never thought I had to write them out.

Hey, I just wanted to say that this is a great price and of course a great book. I miss my BB28. Also, almost everyone that collects has lost money buying books. Owning a classic key of this nature always lightens my heavy feelings when I have to sell. I hope it finds a good home.

my 2 cents.. for me, I have an aversion to tape even if it is officially blue label, unless it is minor tape and golden age key. And when I buy with tape I still expect it may be difficult to sell, so I pay with that in mind.  

Also I personally like the stamp.
